Thank you Feencon!

This year we had our own Dice Per Second market stand at the Feencon roleplaying convention.
And we had a blast!

So many beautiful people, so many nice conversations, awesome exhibitors, traders, cosplayers and visitors! Thank you all for this great experience! 🙂

Here are some very nice exhibitors I was able to visit and some nice people I was able to talk to:

Die Göttlichen Zehn

Die göttlichen Zehn (translation: The Divine Ten) are a very sympathetic roleplaying group that visited us at our market stand. You can follow their adventures on Instagram.

A trio of three people who each have a form of chaos in their lives, so to speak, and who together can be a force of nature – the Chaos Trio, consisting of AndrĂ©, Katrin and Nick.
These three, connected for eternity, came together once again in April 2021 to discover the world of pen and paper together for the first time

Edutale

The wonderful Kathrin Fischer just released her game “Adventures in the fairytale forest” (“Abenteuer im MĂ€rchenwald” in German) This is a pen & paper role-playing game for use in school and therapy which I think is a very nice approach. She also gives workshops on the topic of roleplaying as a method in therapy. You can find her company Edutale here.

The fairytale forest is a fantastic place full of adventures and challenges. When the Town Musicians of Bremen are hired to perform there, they have no idea that it will turn into a rescue mission with tricky puzzles and unusual problems. Only if the group works together as a team and each animal uses its special skills can the joint performance in front of the magical fairytale audience succeed.

KrÀhenFee

The KrĂ€henFee (translated: CrowFairy) is another roleplaying convention that takes place on August 3rd and 4th this year. And we are happy to announce that we get the opportunity to have our own market stand there, too! 🙂 We already are very excited to be there! All the people from KrĂ€henFee we met and talked to so far were super nice and accomodating and we cant wait to be part of the convention this year, too.

The KrÀhenFee & Festival of Fantasy takes place once a year in August at Castle Linn and its surroundings. We offer one of the most beautiful convention locations in Germany, perfect for a diverse fantasy program like ours.
As one of the largest events of its kind in Germany, we offer a home for a weekend of fantasy in all (game) forms: from fantasy literature, pen & paper role-playing games and board games to cosplay, costumes and other creative hobbies and art.
In addition to the great location, we also offer space for over 70 exhibitors, can boast over 100 program items and game rounds, present live performances and all of this is largely free of charge on the freely accessible outdoor area! Admission to the castle and other buildings is also inexpensive, and even free for anyone under 18.

Drachenwinter

Just by chance we met Andreas Langner from Drachenwinter (translation: Dragonwinter). He is a very skilled artist and illustrator. He had his own market stand, too but well.. as I was so confused and overwhelmed by this crowded convention and barely had the chance to leave my own stand, he had to visit us. 😉
Also, Andreas is a member of the Papierdrachen Bonn (translation: Paper Dragons), the regional representation of the Gilde der Fantasy-Rollenspieler e. V. (translation: Guild of Fantasy Role Players). I always wanted to meet them so now I have a good contact to the guild. 🙂

I draw everything from fantasy and science fiction illustrations to superhero comics. I am happy to draw your character, your character group, monsters or aliens for the game master. I also travel to conventions where you can meet me on site.

WĂŒrfelmeister

And last but not least a big thank you to Reiner Heep from WĂŒrfelmeister (translation: Dice Master) for organizing the exhibitors hall and giving us the opportunity to have our first convention stand. You did a great job!

See you folks next year! Until then: Happy gaming! 🙂
